With deep experience across innovation strategy, ideation, design thinking, change management, and data driven decision making, Vlad works at the intersection of strategy and execution.
He currently serves as Chief Business Officer at Shift Studio, where he helps lead product strategy, partnerships, and business growth for AI, web, and mobile platforms. In parallel, he is a Partner at Mavon.ai, contributing to the development and go to market strategy of an AI powered operations and communication platform.
Vlad is also an active mentor within the startup ecosystem, supporting founders and early stage teams through organizations such as Zero Labs, StartUp Vegas, and Techstars Startup Weekend. His mentorship focuses on helping teams clarify their vision, validate ideas, and build scalable, execution ready products.
As the Founder of the American Tech Association, Vlad is the driving force behind the organization’s mission and structure. He brought together a group of founders, operators, and industry leaders to create a bridge between global talent and American innovation. ATA was built to support international technology companies entering and expanding in the U.S. market through access to strategy, capital, partnerships, and on the ground execution.
